Why Alfordz International exists

Too many students and healthcare professionals lose money and time to fraudulent recruitment, opaque fees and inaccurate overseas guidance. Alfordz International was founded in Aberdeen to replace that with honest, compliance-driven consulting built around the needs of international applicants and their families.

We guide you independently — from choosing the right medical university or NHS pathway, through OET, IELTS and NMC CBT preparation, application and verification, to visa documentation and interview coaching — and we are always clear about what is, and isn’t, within our control.

Joshua Thomas Mathew is the Founder and Managing Director of Alfordz International Ltd, based in Aberdeen, Scotland. Having completed the British Council’s UK agent and counsellor training, he established Alfordz to provide transparent, reliable and ethical education, professional-registration and career pathways for international students and healthcare professionals worldwide.
