Guidance for undergraduate and postgraduate applications to universities in the UK and the United States — course selection, UCAS and Common App applications, personal statements, and offer and student visa support.
Students at every stage of a UK or US application.
From shortlist to application decisions and enrolment planning.
The two systems work differently. Here is how each one runs and where we help.
Most UK undergraduate courses are applied for through UCAS, the central admissions service. Some courses, some universities and most postgraduate applications use their own systems instead — not every application follows the same route.
We support the UCAS form, course choices, predicted grades, the personal statement, references and deadlines, and direct or postgraduate applications where UCAS does not apply.
The Common App is one platform many US universities accept, but not all institutions use it — some require the Coalition Application or their own portal, and requirements vary by university.
We support the Common App or the relevant portal, supplemental essays, testing requirements and the US application timeline, alongside your UK options where you are applying to both.
We help you research funding and scholarship options; funding is not secured on your behalf, and any promised response time is a target, not a commitment.
A clear sequence from first enquiry to enrolment.
UCAS (the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service) is the central application service used for most UK undergraduate courses. You can explore courses and the process on the official UCAS website: explore UK undergraduate applications through UCAS.

No. Admission decisions are made by the universities. We help you build a strong, honest application and a realistic shortlist so your chances are as good as they can be.
Send us your grades, subject and target intake. A counsellor will reply as soon as reasonably possible with a shortlist and next steps.
