Visa & Documentation

Administrative help to organise your documents, follow the official application checklists and find current government guidance — for students studying abroad and for nurses moving to the UK. We do not give legal immigration advice.

What this service is (and is not)

Alfordz International Ltd provides administrative support to help clients organise documents, follow application checklists and locate official government information. We do not provide legal immigration advice or make immigration decisions.

For advice tailored to your circumstances, use an adviser registered with the Immigration Advice Authority or another approved legal regulator. Start any UK application from the official GOV.UK visa guidance.

This information is general guidance, not legal or immigration advice. Rules and fees change, the relevant authority makes every visa or permit decision, and no outcome can be guaranteed. Last checked: September 2026.

Visa & Documentation: common questions

No. Visa decisions are made by UK Visas and Immigration, not by us. What we do is help you organise your documents and review your information for internal consistency — the part you can control. The applicant remains responsible for the application.

The Health and Care Worker visa. It is sponsored through a Certificate of Sponsorship issued by a sponsor-licensed employer — an NHS trust or a care provider on the Home Office register of licensed sponsors — and is tied to that job offer.

Typically your admission or CAS letter, financial evidence, a valid passport, English language evidence, and a tuberculosis test certificate where required. We give you a checklist specific to your situation.

A spouse and children may be eligible for dependant visas, subject to the relationship and financial requirements. We advise you on what applies to your case.
